EPL FIXTURES

Top flight English teams will be in action this weekend in the 3rd Round of the FA Cup with most teams playing lower division opponents.

Friday night as League Two Tranmere Rovers host Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspurs to kick off the round.

Spurs are looking to continue off where they left in the League, with manager Mauricio Pochettino likely to rest his key players in readiness for his Carabao Cup with Chelsea on Tuesday next week.

Chelsea who still continue to struggle before goal will look for a motivation while they play Nottingham Forest this Saturday with a Carabao Cup semi-final with Tottenham on the horizon, with the Championship side ended a run of poor form with a thumping 4-2 win over Leeds on Tuesday night.

Manchester United face Reading at home with new interim manager Ole Gunnar also looking to rest his star players at Old Trafford looking for a 5th consecutive win.

Arsenal on the other hand will play Blackpool who are win winless in their last four games.

Gillingham play Cardiff who are keen on avoiding relegation a season after promotion from the championship.

Other Fixtures slated for Saturday are:

Crystal Palace vs Grimsby Town

Newcastle United vs Blackburn Rovers

Everton vs Lincoln City

Derby County vs Southampton

Burnley vs Barnsley

AFC Bournemouth vs Brighton & Hove Albion

West Ham United vs Birmingham City

Bristol City vs Huddersfield Town

With Sunday having only four team from the Premier league being in action,

Manchester City will look to continue streak after great win against Liverpool when they host Rotherham United in readiness for their Carabao Cup fixture against Burton Wednesday next week.

Fulham entertain Oldham Athletic with Watford playing Woking, and the last kickoff match will see Leicester City travel to Newport County.
