Former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) commissioner Roselyn Akombe has accused her former colleague Ezra Chiloba of threatening her.
According to Akombe, Chiloba sent her an email days after she announced she was going to testify on late the late Chris Msando.
Akombe alleged that the former CEO sent her a notice warning her against sharing any deals about the murder.
In a tweet seen by MagicalKenyanews.co.ke, the ex-commissioner shared a screenshot of the email which read:
“Dear Roselyn. Do not attempt to rewrite history. Our silence is not yours,” read the email allegedly by Chiloba.
On 29 July, I said I will testify at an independent judicial inquest into the murder of my colleague Chris.

Her post caused a stir online with many shifting their wrath to Chiloba faulting him for preventing the ex-commissioner tell what she knows.
Although others felt it was wrong for Chiloba, renowned figures said that the ex-CEO could be protecting Akombe from the outcome of her revelation.
Mwalimu, Chiloba is simply giving good advise to his former colleague. This is Kenya, and that's why you escaped to burgerland, unless time has dulled your mind. Be sure to keep safe. It may be steaming Covid here, but I here tell it's boiling out there. Usalama kwanza…
