Veteran TV host Tony Gachoka has blasted Narc-Kenya party leader Martha Karua following a condescending remark she made about his Point Blank Show that airs on KTN News every Wednesday at 10pm.
This Wednesday Gachoka hosted Karua’s political nemesis Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru where they discussed an allay of issues ranging from her personal life, governance, devolution to current happenings in the national politics.
Karua would, however, on Thursday spit and sneer the show wondering whether it was “a paid advert or an interview?”
Gachoka who was apparently offended by the remark would hit out at the former Justice Minister for demeaning the same programme where she was hosted on a few weeks ago.
“Martha Karua I can’t honestly believe that you can be both this cheap, petty and ridiculous. Anne Waiguru was interviewed as you were on KTN Point Blank and has a right to be heard!” Gachoka posted.
During the interview, Waiguru would touch on the dismissal of Karua’s election petition challenging her victory by the Supreme Court and urged her to accept the ruling and move on.
“She should remember that she played a part in ensuring that there is a time limit to the hearing of the election petition cases. Justice doesn’t only happen when the court goes your way,” Waiguru said.
