Following his “embarassing reporting” on Monday night and subsequent trolling on social media, Inooro TV reporter Victor Kinuthia has found many shoulders to lean and cry on.
Kinuthia who is a Royal Media Services based in Murang’a, had been tasked with reporting the arrest of Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro for sister TV station, Citizen during the 9pm news.
In covering the event, Kinuthia became incoherent as he could barely express himself in proper basic English which led the netizens to jump on social media to castigate his poor live reporting.
Colleagues at RMS have, however, rallied behind him telling off haters who are widely laymen on matters journalism.
Among them is popular Inooro FM presenter Wanjiku Wa Njuguna who has taken to Facebook to express her support for the budding reporter.
Kinuthia in his reply to the post says he believes that what does not kill you make you stronger’.
“I thought that was the end of my career at RMS but now I know my future is bright and that what doesn’t kill you make you stronger. Thanks to all my colleagues from RMS, my friends and fans.. Ngai mbere,” Kinuthia wrote.
