Wahu Kagwi celebrates daughter Tumiso as she turns 14

Kenyan musician Wahu Kagwi took to her Instagram to celebrate her daughter Tumiso as she turned 14 years old on Saturday, August 1.

Tumiso is the firstborn child to the largely celebrated musicians going by mononyms of Nameless (David Mathenge) and Wahu (Rosemary Wahu Kagwi). She is also a sibling to Nyakio Mathenge.

The mama of two and wife to celebrity Nameless sent a happy birthday message on Instagram stating:

IT’S Tumiso’s 14 Birthday. My darling it seems like the other day when I was burping you. I’m in awe of the young lady you’re turning out to be and I can’t wait to see the amazing things that God has in store for you.
Happy birthday my sweet love… May your year be filled with fun, adventure, excitement, and discovery. I love you with everything that I have and everything that I am.

The 44-year-old Kenyan singer and songwriter is well known for her Afro-pop and R&B hit songs; Sweet Love, Niangalie, Sitishiki, Still a Liar and Esha.

The veteran Kenyan singer quit her secular music and instead ventured into making gospel music since two-years ago; with hit song like Sifa.

The former model has won the Pearl of Africa Music Awards, Kisima Music Awards, MTV Africa Awards 2008-best female category and Chaguo La Teeniez Awards.

The mother of two’s sent warm congratulatory wishes was in order as well as her comment box also receiving best wishes to her 14-year-old teenage daughter.
